Non-NHS Services

All non-NHS services are suspended for the duration of the Covid-19 emergency

Some of our services provided are not covered by our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

 If you need to see the doctor for non-NHS purposes (e.g. an insurance medical examination), you must contact the surgery to arrange this in advance. These consultations are usually done outside normal surgery hours.

Please note: we only provide private services to people who are also registered with us as NHS patients.
