Non-NHS Services

Occasionally there is a charge for certain services carried out by the surgery which are not covered by the NHS. These include HGV medicals, driving applications and holiday cancellation forms.

You will be informed of any costs prior to completion of any forms.  Please ask the reception staff for further details.  n.b. we are unable to accept debit/credit cards for payment
