Non-NHS/Private Services

non_nhs_services1Medical Examinations for special purposes: Elderly driver, pre-employment, fitness to undertake sports, Taxi or HGV medicals etc.

A SPECIAL APPOINTMENT TIME NEEDS TO BE MADE. A fee will be payable, Please ask the receptionist to arrange an appointment and to advise you of the cost of the medical examination.

Insurance Reports

Forms for completion by the Doctor may be left with reception up until Friday, for collection the following Wednesday, this service is subject to a fee. Please ask at reception for details.

Travel Advice

Please telephone Monday to Friday 14:00 - 16:00. Please advise the receptionist it is for travel vaccines with the Practice Nurse, then appropriate time can be allocated per person.

Please ensure you allow 2 months prior to travel to have your injections and ensure you complete the course.
