New Telephone System - COMING SOON - August 2025
As you will all be very aware just under 2 years ago the Practice introduced a new Telephone System to replace the old system that had reached it's end of life.
Since introducing the new system we have encountered numerous errors and faults with the system which in turn has massively let down, both the Practice and our Patient population. The good news is after a long battle with our present telecoms supplier, they have agreed that the telephone system has failed the Practice and the Patient population we serve.
Therefore going forward we will be introducing a new Telephone System through the month of August 2025. We will endeavour to keep you informed by SMS Text Message and by updates on the Practice website of when we will switch over to the new system.

AUTUMN MONDAY - PUBLIC HOLIDAY - MONDAY 29 SEPTEMBER 2025
The Practice will be closed on Monday 29 September 2025 for the Fair Monday Public Holiday. The practice will re-open at 8am on Tuesday 30 September 2025.

Flu and COVID Vaccinations
If you need to cancel or re-schedule any vaccination such as Flu or COVID please telephone: 01698 - 687456. (Monday to Friday).
All invitations for vaccinations are sent to patients centrally by NHS Scotland and the practice has no control over this.
