Out of Hours
If patients require medical treatment or advice outside surgery hours, weekends, bank or public holidays, they should contact - 028 9079 6220

Appointments
To make an appointment you should telephone the Health Centre on 02890 664634 or at reception Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30.

Accident and Emergency You should only attend A&E for an emergency.  During 8.30 to 6pm you should contact your GP and outside these hours, the out of hour service in the first instance. 

Results

Results are available by phoning 02890 664634 between 2pm and 3pm only.

We accept NEW PATIENT REGISTRATIONS -

Tuesday 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm

Wednesday 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm

Thursday 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm

Please be mindful that queueing may be necessary at peak times when registering as staff will need to check through the form and photocopy your ID. The health board will not accept incomplete registration forms so staff will assist you in checking you have detailed all necessary information on your form.

Registrations are accepted from the following catchment areas:

BT1, BT2, BT3, BT4, BT5, BT6, BT7, BT8, BT9, BT10, BT11, BT12 and BT17.

Parents/Guardians Registering a child/Children -

Please note that YOU MUST PROVIDE us with a copy of all Vaccinations your child has been given. This is to ensure they are up to date with the UK's scheduled vaccination programme.

Children under 5 will be seen in our baby clinic by the Health Visitor - this can be arranged at reception.

Children over 5 that have missed scheduled vaccines will be contacted to attend our catch up clinic with the nursing team.
