Doctors

Appointments with a doctor can be made by telephone or in person at our reception. Doctor’s appointments are bookable on the day and we also have a number of pre-bookable appointments available to book through our website. To register for online bookings, please ask at reception for a Patient Services Registration Form. Urgent cases will be seen the same day, please contact the surgery as soon as your condition becomes urgent.

To help you deal with your problem as quickly and appropriate as possible, our reception staff will ask you to provide some brief details. This allows you to get the most appropriate appointment and provides our doctors and nurses with better information to prioritise and help deal with your problem.

Please let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a Practice Nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Our Practice Nurses hold clinics throughout the day and are able to treat a number of ailments and are on hand to offer advice.   Appointments with the nursing team can be made in advance. Please telephone after 10.00am to make an appointment with our nursing team.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
