Appointments

As from 1st October 2025 the practice will be open between the hours of 8.00am - 6.30pm.

Please do not use the on line system for an appointment request or for urgent medical attention. 

Patients as from 1st October 2025 can use our on-line services to make a general health enquiry, request sick notes, medication queries.  We aim to respond to patients using the on line system within 48 hours Monday - Friday. 

We operate an advanced access appointment system where 30% of our doctor appointments are available to be prebooked in advance and the other 70% are released each day at 08:00 a.m when we open. This system reduces the amount of wasted appointments where patients have not attended.

As the phone lines can be very busy at 08:00 a.m, we ask that for all other general enquiries you call after 10:00 a.m.  |

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment time, please let reception know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to another patient.
