Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, online, video and over the telephone.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Your GP practice is open and if you need to see your GP, please ring us on 02085485640 at 08:00 am to book a telephone appointment. After the telephone consultation, you may be offered a video or face to face consultation if required.

You can contact the practice by phone or in person, GP online services is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices. We will respond to your query within two working days.

You can also call NHS 111. NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do.

If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
