Strength and balance training/excercise

Doing regular strength exercises and balance exercises can improve your strength and balance, and reduce your risk of having a fall. This can take the form of simple activities such as walking and dancing, or specialist training programmes.

These sociable sessions are designed to help improve your balance, get stronger, become more supple and make new friends across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Cancer Research UK - Bowel Screening Wales

If you're aged between 60 - 74 you will receive a free NHS home testing kit every 2 years. If you have lost your test kit, made a mistake or have any concerns about doing the test, please contact the Freephone helpline on 0800 294 3370 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Don't ignore the screening kit, it could save your life.
