Noticeboard

The Practice will be undergoing a partnership change from 01.07.23. Dr Reader will be cutting down his clinics to 1 day per week and we would like to welcome our new GP Partner Dr Tinuoye who will be an equal partner with Dr Drughe .

Please be aware that you do not need a sick note for the first 7 days of your illness as you can self-certify ( see the right have side of the page - item 14) . GPs do not do fit for work notes, this is a decision between your employer and yourself.

Please see Ukraine Refugee Information in English , Ukraine and Russian for anyone needing assistance

Named Accountable GP

Named Accountable GP:

All patients have been allocated an accountable named GP who will have overall responsibility for their care and support provided by the surgery.

The allocation has been based on alphabetical order of patients Surname; all patients with surname beginning A-J have Dr GM Brownson as their accountable GP and all patients with surname beginning K-Z have Dr JR Reader as their accountable GP.

Although your accountable GP will have overall responsibility for your care this does NOT prevent you from seeing any GP within the practice as you currently do.
