If so, you may benefit from seeing a specialist pelvic floor physiotherapist.
Specialist physiotherapy for the pelvic floor muscles can help the majority of people with these problems and is recommended 1st line of the treatment for urinary incontinence and prolapse.
You can refer yourself to physiotherapy by phoning the specialist physiotherapist on 07748 761847, or by phoning the MATS line on 0800 917 9390.
Or you can ask a GP, Practice nurse or any other health care professional to refer you.
