Training Practice
Peterloo Medical Centre is involved in training GP Registrars and Foundation doctors. Registrar GPs are qualified doctors who work at the practice whilst undertaking their general practitioner training. Foundation doctors spend four months of their hospital training with us to gain experience of general practice. Both are able to see patients independently whilst training, receiving supervision from the GP Trainer/Supervisor.
Medical Students
Occasionally we have medical students attached to the practice who sit in with the doctors during their consultations. If you wish to see your doctor alone please tell the receptionist and this will be arranged.
