Statement of Intent for Patient Online Services
This practice currently offers the facility for patients:
- to order online their repeat prescriptions for drugs, medicines or appliances.
- to view online medications, allergies and adverse reactions
These services are available, on request, to any patients registered with this practice aged 13 and over.
We also offer Proxy access to parents with children under the age of 12 and carers or power of attorneys
