Online Services

Changes to online access:

The changes NHS England has planned are to be effective from 1 November 2022 and enable all patients over the age of 16 to automatically have prospective (future) access to all medical records held electronically in GP systems, including consultations, documents (sent and received), problem headings, lab results, immunisations and free text entries.

This has affected patient's online access - They will not be able to see anything before 1st November - If they had access previously, they will no longer be able access any prevouis medical records.

We are working with the NHS England regarding this situation and will update our website with more information at the end of the month.

Please use our engage consult service to contact our surgery. You can request Med 3 certificates, get advice about any medical concerns you may have. We will get back to you promptly

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as Asthma and Diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including  Postnatal care,  Childhood vaccinations and Well-person check-ups

In addition to everything you need to know about the Practice, you will also find a wealth of health-related information. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site

COVID-19 Measures Continue

Patients coming to the practice will still need to wear a mask, use the hand sanitiser provided and socially distance.  Our staff will continue to wear appropriate PPE.

Our consultations will continue as they have throughout the pandemic and will be offered via phone, video or face to face if clinically appropriate.  We are also using Engage Consult.

We have all come so far in trying to minimise the impact of COVID and we need to continue to protect our staff and patients.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind people that we have a Zero Tolerance policy in place at the practice. Our staff have been experiencing higher levels of physical and verbal abuse.  We realise that people can become upset when they are or poorly but abuse towards staff is not acceptable.

Any queries received before 11.00 am on a practice working day will be dealt with and responded to on the same day. Not all medical queries will require a GP appointment, however where an appointment is required a member of the practice team will be in contact to arrange a phone call or face to face consultation.
