The practice is required to provide all patients with a named GP. As one of our patients you have been allocated a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our practice provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do. Please request an appointment with a different GP should you wish to be seen by a GP other than your named GP. If you have not already been notified, please see below for your named GP.

E - L your named GP is Dr Mindaugas Kulys

M - Q your named GP is Dr Vasu Selvaraj

R - Z your named GP is Dr Omotayo Shorun
