From Thursday 6^th April 2023, the practice’s telephone lines will be covered by our colleagues from North Staffordshire GP Federation for Thursday afternoons ONLY.  If you need anything from 1pm to 6.30pm  ( only during these times on Thursday’s) then please call 01782 651651

At all other times, please ring the practice telephone number (01782 743121) as normal or call 111 when the practice is closed

Welcome to Glebedale Medical Practice

We welcome new patients to join our practice who fall within our practice boundaries. Our main branch is situated in the centre of Fenton which is on the main thoroughfare through the city. Bus stops are within close proximity and there are parking facilities for both disabled and able bodied patients. We are in purpose a built premises and have many MPFT run clinics for example; phlebotomy, podiatry, child health clinics, family planning and district nursing clinics. We also have an onsite pharmacy which offers many services including repeat prescription collection and delivery service. Our branch site is located on Merton Street, Longton which covers parts of Meir Hay, Adderley Green and Sandford Hill.
