Newham Bereavement Service

Bereavement

We will all experience the death of a family member or friend at some point in our lives.Bereavement affects people in different ways, there's no right or wrong way to feel.

Talking and sharing your feelings with someone can help. The important thing is not to try and cope with your grief alone.
