It's Flu vaccination time again!

Flu jabs will be available at the surgery from Oct 2015.

As you know, the cold and flu season is just around the corner. Although many colds will be tough to prevent, vaccination is an effective way to protect you from the flu.

If you are eligible (see below) you can to book your appointment with the Practice Nurse from Sept 2015 by calling the surgery on 0208 693 2912.

You are eligible to receive a free flu jab if you if you have the following conditions:

• COPD
• Heart disease
• Kidney disease
• Diabetes
• Liver disease
• Neurological disease

Or If:

• You are 65 years old and over
• You are pregnant
• You are the main carer for elderly or disabled person
• You are a health care worker
