Handing in Samples - All samples must be handed into the Practice by 2pm. This is to allow time for them to be logged in and transported to the laboratory for testing. Samples handed in after this time may not be tested and could require a further sample to be provided.

Call recording - Calls made to or from our reception desks and clinical rooms are now recorded for training and quality purposes.

All calls are securely stored by NHS Fife and only accessible by management when there is a need to retrieve it.
