At Highcroft Surgery we've appointmented Jo Croft to be our Carer's Champion. She is reviewing how we can do more to support carers.
If you are a carer please let us know. We will add this to your records to make sure doctors, nurses and all our staff know you're a carer. Carers are entitled to free flu jabs on the NHS.
