Practice Software Upgrade – January 2026

In January 2026, our practice will be upgrading to new computer software system. This is part of a Northern Ireland wide change.

As with any major transition, there will be a short period of disruption while we prepare, migrate our data, and allow our team time to become familiar with the new system.

The most significant disruption is expected between 18^th & 23^rd January, when we may have reduced access to our computers.

If your prescription is due between 15^th & 27^th of January, please reorder before the 14^th January to avoid delays.

Our new system will allow for improved communication with our patients, including enhanced text messaging. Please ensure we have your up to date mobile number.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this essential upgrade.

Our premises are equipped with all service users in mind and have toilet facilities, signposting, loop system for disabled patients and car parking bays.
