Online Services

To make it easier for you to access our surgery we have implemented a number of new systems that allow you to access primary care quicker and more conveniently.

Video Consultations via accuRx

Did you know that you can now book video consultations with the surgery? Video consultations can be used for a number of different issues and conditions and can be booked with a GP or nurse.

We follow NHS guidance and use secure, NHS approved software to ensure that we use video consultations safely and effectively.

We have made sure that our video consultations are easy for you to access and use. To help you to do this, please view the video below or read the 'How to Guide' for video consultations.

Patient Online via SystmOnline

We have changed the way we book our appointments in response to the latest Government guidance on COVID-19. All patients who request any type of appointment will first be telephoned by a clinician. The clinician will assess you and determine how best to meet your care needs. If you do not need to come into the surgery, you will be given the appropriate self-care advice, treatment and information on what to do if you become more unwell. You will be offered an appointment if it is essential for you to be seen face to face.

Patient Online connects you to local health services when you need them most. Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and discover local health services for you or your family via your mobile or home computer.

Take the Friends & Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.

Named GP

From 1st April 2015 all current and newly registered patients will be allocated to a named accountable GP. This GP is responsible for patients’ overall care at The Practice. Should you wish to establish who your present accountable GP is then please contact the Health Centre for further information.

If you have a preference as to whom your accountable GP should be, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
