Adults over 50s flu vaccination
As part of the Government’s expanded flu immunisation programme, adults over the age of 50 will be able to get their free flu vaccine from 1 December 2020. We will be contacting you to book this appointment. Please note that you also may receive a call from the NHS Immunisation Management Service reminding you to book your flu jab, this is a legitimate service and not a fraudulent call. Please contact the surgery to book your appointment.
Coronavirus
Please do not come into the surgery if you or a member of your household has any of the following symptoms: a fever, a new continuous cough or a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia). Please stay at home and self-isolate for 14 days.
We have changed the way we book our appointments in response to the latest Government guidance on COVID-19. All patients who request any type of appointment will first be telephoned by a clinician. The clinician will assess you and determine how best to meet your care needs. If you do not need to come into the surgery, you will be given the appropriate self-care advice, treatment and information on what to do if you become more unwell. You will be offered an appointment if it is essential for you to be seen face to face. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.
The latest COVID-19 guidance and information can be from here gov.uk and at nhs.uk.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Our aim is to provide quality medical care, encourage good health for our patients, help our patients prevent disease and to also help patients to make informed decisions about their own health.
Take the Friends & Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.
Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.
Named GP
From 1st April 2015 all current and newly registered patients will be allocated to a named accountable GP. This GP is responsible for patients’ overall care at The Practice. Should you wish to establish who your present accountable GP is then please contact the Health Centre for further information.
If you have a preference as to whom your accountable GP should be, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.
