Click the link above to take you to the website.  Click on the option "recover user name" when screen pops up.  Follow the process from there.  You will need to have the date of your 1st Vaccine.

APPOINTMENTS

If you need to speak to a GP regarding a routine or urgent health condition then please call the practice between 8am and 3pm each day - Monday to Friday.  You will receive a call back from a GP before 6pm on the same day.  We are unable to allocate a specific time for the call back.  After 3pm the GP will only be dealing with patients who require URGENT SAME DAY ADVICE. 

SMEAR TESTS

We are now in a position to be able to offer smear tests with immediate effect.  These are available to book every day except a Monday

Medication review with the GP?

You can arrange up to a week in advance an appointment to discuss your medication with a GP or Pharmacist.  These are carried out Tuesday to Friday each week.

Test results

Non Urgent test results can be discussed with the GP on a TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.  These can also be booked up to 1 week in advance. Urgent test results can be discussed on the same day if the GP deems it necessary.  There nmay be a wait of up to 2 weeks for this type of appointment.

The GP will determine if the results are URGENT or not.
