Patient Conduct
Our Practice can be very busy and we try our best to provide a good service to our patients. We would like to thank our patients who are appreciative of this.
Unfortunately, there are a minority who feel it is acceptable to shout at staff/clinicians both at the desk and on the telephone. This is not the type of behaviour we expect from our patients and this will not be tolerated.
