Welcome to Dalefield Surgery

Dalefield Surgery will be closed on the 2nd and 3rd June bank holiday. If you need non urgent medical help or advice please ring 111. If you ring the surgery you will be given the number for the out of hours service. If it is a life threatening emergency please ring 999. We will open as usual on Monday morning at 7:30am (8am for the phone lines)

From the 19th July we appreciate you and your family might not be wearing a facemask outside but when you come into Dalefield, we still ask that you continue to wear a facemask, socially distance where possible and that you wash your hands or use alcohol gel frequently.
It is important and right that we protect our patients many of whom are extremely clinically vulnerable, from any risk of catching COVID-19 while they are at Dalefield Surgery.
We also need to protect you and our staff whilst maintaining patient care.
We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your continued support.

If you are self isolating and need a self isolation note for your employer please go to https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/.

If you need advice on self isolation or social distancing please go to https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-advice/
