Station House Surgery Closure Dates

The Surgery (including Dispensary) will be closed for mandatory training from 1pm on:

Thursday 13th January 2022

Thursday 10th February 2022

The practice will re-open as normal at 8.00am the following day

Please check you have sufficient medication supplied whilst we are closed

If you have Coronavirus symptoms or are living with someone who has, you are advised to self isolate for 7 or 14 days respectively. Please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-advice/ to obtain an isolation notice for your employer. You do not need to contact the practice.

COVID-19 Vaccination Status

We are aware our patients are keen to access their COVID-19 vaccination status, this is how you can show you have received your full course of COVID-19 vaccinations.

From the 17th May patients will be able to view their COVID19 vaccination status via the NHS App. This can be found on your smart phone app store. If you don’t have a smart phone then once you have completed your course of COVID-19 vaccinations you can contact 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. Station House Surgery is unable to provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT YOUR GP SURGERY TO ACCESS YOUR COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS.
