Noticeboard

As from 23rd January 2024 our practice website will be upgraded to a new platform.  It will look different and will be easier to navigate.  Patients will still access the website in the same way (www.cramondmedicalpractice.com) and all of the content that the current website holds will still be available it may just be in a slightly different place.  There may be a slight disruption to the website during the early hours of 23rd January when you may not get access but this should be minimal.  No re-registration is required if you use the website for prescription ordering.  We hope you find the website easier to use.

 Welcome to Cramond Medical Practice

Why do our Admin staff Ask Questions?

Our admin staff are a vital part of the health care team and are there to triage enquires.
You don’t have to tell them anything that makes you uncomfortable, however they
can help you get the most appropriate appointment as quickly as possible. All the information they handle is treated confidentially.

Our Practice staff includes a Multi-Disciplinary Team of Health Professionals including  Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurse, Counsellor and an ANP. We do utilise their skills as often as possible and will book patients in with them where appropriate to ensure there is no delay to patient care.

Please be Patient

Our health services are under enormous pressure, but we are open and here if needed. Please work together with us to make sure you get the right care, in the right place, at the right time by the appropriate health professional for your needs.  Our staff work extremely hard to provide the best care for our patients and we would ask that you treat them with courtesy in any interactions you may have with them. Thank you
