Christmas and New Year Cover

The surgery is open until 2pm on Christmas Eve.  Dr O'Colmain is on call for the afternoon until 5pm

After 5pm Christmas Eve until Monday morning 28th December information and phone contact of the covering service can be found by ringing surgery number 091-735727 and listen to the message in full.  The same applies to Thursday 1st January, it being a Public Holiday.

 ADDITIONAL SURGERY HOURS - WINTER 2025-2026

From 9th December 2025 to mid February there will be additional surgery hours for acute illnesses only (not routine work), mainly to cater for the expected additional respiratory illnesses, flu and covid illness.  Attendance will be by appointment only.

Additional surgery hours this week:  -

Monday December 22nd   17.00 - 19.00 hrs

Subsequent weeks additional hours will be posted on the website and in the surgery
