MISSION STATEMENT
At High Glades we aim to provide high quality, accessible care for all our patients provided by our valued and supported practice team. We will embrace change and innovation in partnership with you, in order to uphold safe and sustainable care in a changing healthcare environment
We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as Asthma and Diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including Postnatal care, Childhood vaccinations and Well-person check-ups
In addition to everything you need to know about the Practice, you will also find a wealth of health-related information. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site
COVID-19 Measures Continue
Patients coming to the practice will still need to wear a mask, use the hand sanitiser provided and socially distance. Our staff will continue to wear appropriate PPE.
Our consultations will continue as they have throughout the pandemic and will be offered via phone, video or face to face if clinically appropriate. We are also using Engage Consult.
We have all come so far in trying to minimise the impact of COVID and we need to continue to protect our staff and patients.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind people that we have a Zero Tolerance policy in place at the practice. Our staff have been experiencing higher levels of physical and verbal abuse. We realise that people can become upset when they are or poorly but abuse towards staff is not acceptable.

Online consultation service
Patients are now able to use a new service to contact the practice about medical or administrative queries. The new system is called Engage Consult and you can start using it by clicking on the link here and completing your registration details

Any queries received before 11.00 am on a practice working day will be dealt with and responded to on the same day. Not all medical queries will require a GP appointment, however where an appointment is required a member of the practice team will be in contact to arrange a phone call or face to face consultation.
