GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online (online bookings are currently suspended due to the COVID pandemic)
- order repeat prescriptions online

When you open Patient Access (before logging on) there is a link to their support centre which gives a lot of information, here you can find information on the following:
- Registration
- Signing in
- Appointments
- Repeat medication
- Your profile

Parents can manage a patient access account for their child. However when that child turns 16 their account will be deactivated for confidentiality purposes. The patient who has turned 16 will have come to the practice to activate a new account they will be responsible for.
