The easiest and fastest way to get any kind of help is Ask my GP. It saves us time too, so please help us to help you.
- Available from 7:30am until 3:00pm Monday to Friday (or until we have reached our safe working capacity).
- We can usually get back to you within a couple of hours, and will arrange a face to face appointment for you the same day if needed.
- All our registered patients are welcome to register, parents and carers on behalf of patients too.
- You can name a GP if you wish (so long as they are working today).
- You may prefer a message, telephone call, video consultation or face to face response.
- You can sign up now with no paperwork.

NHS Wales App - Make The Switch
The Vale Of Neath Practice is now live on the NHS Wales App, and we are encouraging our patients to register for this new system in order to access the online services previously available through My Health Online.
