Do It Online

Order Repeat Prescriptions and View Test Results in the NHS App

If you're aged 18 or over, you can order repeat medication and view your test results through the NHS App. We encourage all our patients to use the app, a simple, secure way to access NHS services from your phone, tablet or computer. Find out more at www.nhs.uk/nhsapp

Giving Someone Else Access to Your Record

Some patients find it helpful for a parent, family member, carer, next of kin, close friend or someone they trust to have access to their online GP record on their behalf. This is called proxy access.

If you're aged 16 or over, you can nominate a proxy for any reason; it doesn't affect your own access.

To request this, email the practice manager at SOUCCG.elmlodge@nhs.net

Requesting GP Advice or an Appointment

Elm Lodge Surgery uses an online consultation form for all GP appointment requests. For full details on how it works, what to expect, and how to get help if you can't use it online, see our appointments webpage.

If you need immediate medical attention, call 999 or go to A&E. For anything urgent that can't wait, call 111.
