Prescription Re-order Service
Our pharmacy offers a free prescription re-order service for all our customers.
Once you are signed up your prescriptions can be re-ordered in the following ways:
By phone: ring the Pharmacy on 0114 2474664
and request the items you require. Please allow two working days for your prescription to be ready for collection.
Order in person: visit the Pharmacy and order at the counter.
Use the re-order form: tick the items you require on your paper re-order form and hand this in to the Pharmacy.
