You can now order repeat prescriptions online.
You have to register for this service at the front desk.
Repeat Prescriptions will be available for collection
at reception before 5.30pm after 2 working days,
excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please allow an extra day (3 working days) for
prescription collection at your designated chemist.
Please contact your designated chemist in the first instance
if any there are queries about your prescriptions.
This Practice operates a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.
It is very important to keep your address and
contact details up to date.
Please click on 'Your Clinical Record' tab to update
your details.
We are also currently updating our patient records to include
mobile telephone numbers and "E"-mail addresses.
Please click on "Help us keep your clinical record up to date "
below and fill out the contact details.
Or, fill out a form in the practice - they are available
at the front desk from the receptionist.
