We have three Practice Nurses and a Health Care Assistant who work in close co-operation with the doctors.

They have their own surgeries by appointment and provide a wide range of services. 

Regent House Surgery is a member of the Chorley Central Primary Care Network (PCN).

There is a team of Allied Health Professionals who work within the PCN who you may be offered an appointment with. 

We have a team of Pharmacists who offer Structured Medication Reviews and Chronic disease management. Mrs Fiona Wild is attached to Regent House Surgery.

First Contact Practitioners: Lizzy, Ben and Jennifer offer medical reviews for the housebound.

The doctors also work closely with other members of the Primary Care Health Team: such as community psychiatric nurses; midwives; social workers; podiatrists; and mental health care coordinators.

The Midwife is at the surgery every Tuesday morning.

Our receptionists are here to welcome and assist you as best they can.

All our receptionists are fully trained, competent and caring, and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.

The team:

Janet, Jill, Susan, Paula, Jacci, Marita, Margaret, Caroline, Laura, Sophie and Julie.

The district nursing team is contacted on 01772 644700. They offer a treatment room service available Monday to Friday. 

This is by appointment only for the treatment of minor conditions, wound dressings, ear syringing and removal of stitches.

The nearest to us is based at Collison Avenue Health Centre.

They also provide nursing care to those who are unable to leave their homes.
