Our doctors work in a partnership. Although you are registered with a named doctor, you may consult with any of the doctors in the practice.
Wherever possible, we will arrange a consultation with the Doctor of your choice. At times it may not be possible to do this and you will be offered an appointment with one of the other partners.
Doctors
Dr Ashraf Zaman (m)
MBBS, FRCS OTL, MRCGP, DFFP, SMU RCGP Part2 Dr Zaman has joined the Practice as a partner from 1st October 2016. He completed his general practice training in 2006. He has worked as a GP in various practices and HM prisons. Dr Zaman served as a Medical Office in the Royal Air Force (RAF) as a Squadron Leader for 3 years. He worked as an ENT Registrar and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) before entering general practice. Dr Zaman has also undertaken regular sessions at the Young Offenders institute at Reading and Oakwood rehabilitation unit. While working as a General practitioner Dr Zaman has successfully gained several additional qualification such as RCGP part 2 SMU (Substance misuse), DMP (Designated Medical Practitioner) to train nurses to become supplementary prescribers. He secured Membership of faculty battlefield advanced trauma and life support (BATLS) from the Royal Defence Medical College (RDMC) as an instructor, imparting training to medical officers and paramedics in the British Armed Forces. Away from the clinic Dr Zaman has also had several articles published in medical journals and has co- written a book called “World of Astronomy” which is a young person’s guide to the various constellations of the sky. He has also been a regular presenter on Bangla Channel (sky channel 786) conducting interactive live health programmes with the Bengali Community Dr Zaman currently works at the clinic 3 days a week (Monday - Wednesday) |
Dr Reyad Kabir (m)
Dr Reyad Kabir MBBS, MRCGP, PgD 
Dr Kabir has an extensive background of working as an Accident and Emergency Doctor and as a GP Consultant in Urgent Care Centres in London. He joined the practice in 2021 and has subsequently become a Partner at the clinic. Having qualified as a GP Trainer Dr Kabir supports the GP Registrars and F2 doctors that we have working with us at the Surgery. He is also the Clinical Director for the East Hampshire Primary Care Network and is involved in the transformation of local Primary care Services around the south east Hampshire area. He works Wednesday afternoon and all day on Thursday & Friday at Pinehill surgery, while attending to other commitments rest of the week. |
Dr Sarah Hirri (f)
Dr Sarah Hirri has joined our Surgery as a GP registrar in May 2023. This is a GP in training post and Dr Hirri is in her final year of training after which she will finish her training and qualify as a GP. |
Dr Elohor Ekrresa (f)
Dr Elohor Ekrresa has joined our Surgery as a GP registrar and is in her penultimate year of training. This is a GP in training post who supervised by senior GP's and can help you in all medical matters |

Physician Assistants
Miss Miriam Ncube (f)
Miriam has successfully qualified as a Physician ASSOCIATE (2023) and has earned her promotion to the team of clinicians. She will be helping you with patient triage and treatments. Physician associates are mid-level supervised medical professionals who are trained as generalists in the medical model to perform tasks such as obtaining patient medical histories, performing clinical procedures and clinical examinations, diagnosing diseases and formulating medical management plans. Miriam has been working with us as a Health care professional since March 2019, while she has been training. She is able to examine and advise you now on clinical matters. Miriam is always on hand to act as a chaperone if a patient or doctor may need one. |
Community Midwives
| The role of the Community Midwife is to monitor the progress of a normal pregnancy and liase wherever necessary with medical and Obstetric colleagues. They work in small teams and are attached to North Hampshire Hospital. They work closely with GP practices and run set ante-natal clinics on specific days. Please ask at reception if you require an appointment with a Midwife. |
Community Nurses
The District Nursing Service provides high quality nursing care for patients in their own homes. They care for those who are housebound and not well enough to come to the surgery and for whom it is more appropriate to be nursed in their own homes. Health Visitors
The Health Visitors are based at Chase Hospital. They are provide support to mothers of children young children. They can provide advice on baby immunisation, babies’ feeding, growth and development. Baby clinics are run at the Chase Hospital. (01420 483827) |
