Administration

We have a team of administrative and computer staff who deal with all patient registrations on our computer, incoming hospital letters and test results which the doctors have seen, call and recall systems for tests and vaccinations.  They ensure that the information on our computer system is accurate and up to date.

Housekeepers

Our housekeeping team ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained on the premises.  We follow infection control guidelines in the cleaning and maintenance of our building and equipment and received an A rating on our most recent inspection.

Reception

Care Navigators - Our team of Care Navigators have a demanding job. Please be patient if you are kept waiting or appear to be asked some apparently irritating questions as we need to assess the urgency of calls and ensure full details are available to the doctor to aid the smooth and safe running of the practice.

Secretaries

The secretaries deal with the doctors’ referral letters to hospitals and liaise with hospital staff regarding queries for appointments, admission dates etc. If you have any queries about your referral to hospital they will be pleased to help. If you change address please make sure that you inform us if you are waiting for a hospital appointment.
