A zero tolerance policy towards violent, threatening and abusive behaviour is now in place throughout the NHS. The doctors, nurses and staff at this practice have the right to work in an environment free from violent, threatening or abusive behaviour and everything will be done to protect that right. At no time will any such behaviour be tolerated in this practice. If you do not respect the rights of our staff we may choose to inform the police and make arrangements for you to be removed from our patient list

Nursing Team Kate & Patsy - Advanced Nurse Practitioners Our Advanced Nurse Practitioners work alongside our Doctors to help triage and treat patients, they can assess and prescribe for a wide range of illnesses as well as performing nursing duties. Advanced Nurse Practitioner Role Sarah (Senior Nurse), Kirsten, Natasha & Ayesha - Practice Nurses Our Practice Nurses are able to perform a wide range of nursing duties including immunisations, cervical smears and long term condition reviews.
Kateryna, Laura & Lorraine - Healthcare Assistants/Phlebotomist Healthcare assistants support the practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. Amanda and Tayyba - Medical Secretaries The medical secretaries provide administrative and secretarial support to the doctors on a daily basis, type letters and processing referrals for patients. |
Reception
Noreen, Shantai, Tom, Dan and Owen - Care Navigators Care Navigators provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Care Navigators make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
