All patients registered at Parklands have a named accountable GP who has overall responsibility for the care and support our practice gives you. If you want to know your Named GP, please ask at the surgery. If you wish to change your Named GP, please put your request in writing to the General Manager. Whilst we will always try to accommodate your request, there may be occasions where we are unable to do so. We will not write to confirm that a request has been carried out but we will write if we are unable to fulfil the request; you may therefore assume that your request is successful unless you hear otherwise.
