Dr Jaswinder Gill (m)

MB ChB MRCGP MRCS DLO MSC - Dr Gill qualified in 1996 and joined the practice in October 2008.  Dr Gill's special interests are ENT, Minor Surgery and Palliative Care.

Dr Navin Nirmal (m)

MRCP, MRCGP - Dr Nirmal qualified at Pondhicherry University India in 2001.  He has worked in various medical specialities in the UK and has experience of managing patients with medical complexities.  He has a particular interest in Cardiology and acute medicine, along with an interest in minor operations at the practice.  He also has experience working as a Registrar in the Accident and Emergency Department. He is a fully qualified GP trainer and also a GP appraiser.

Dr Amit Sinha (m)

MBBS, MRCP(Lon), MRCP(UK), MRCGP, PGCME, FRCGP - Dr Sinha qualified from Calcutta Medical College, India and has been working in the NHS since 1996. He has trained in Clinical Medicine and worked in Medical Registrar Grade in Gastroenterology and Pulmonary Medicine in London Hospitals after his MRCP. He has been a GP Partner in Chelmsford from 2003 and Clinical Lead in MECCG from 2012-14. He moved to Blandford in 2018. He is an approved Postgraduate trainer and GP Appraiser since. He was awarded a Fellowship by the Royal College for his contribution to General Practice. 

Dr Emmanuel Jessa (m)

MRCOG, FWACS, MRCGP, FRACGP, PG Cert Med Ed (Cambridge), LLB (Hons) - Dr Jessa qualified from the University of Ibadan 1984, where he specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) and Member Royal College of O&G (MRCOG). In 1999 he obtained Membership in General Practice (MRCGP) and worked as a GP trainer and Partner at Blandford Medical Centre until 2013 when he relocated to Australia for 5 years, working as GP Trainer and Conjoint Lecturer at Western Sydney University until his return to us in 2018.

Dr Sanjeev Maskara (m)

MRCGP(UK), FRACGP(Australia), PGCME (UK), DFSRH(UK), DGM(UK), DCP(India), MBBS (India) - Dr Maskara qualified from one of the best and prestigious medical schools in India and did his higher post graduate training in family medicine in Aberdeen, Scotland. With over 23 years clinical work experience in the UK (NHS), Australia (Medicare) and India, his areas of expertise are elderly care, chronic disease management and medical education. He is a GP Trainer, NHS GP appraiser and GP Specialist adviser (GP SpA) for Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Dr Fiona Knapman (f)

MBBS DRCOG - Dr Knapman qualified in 1990 from London and joined the practice in May 2010 as a Salaried Doctor. She works at the practice during school term time only.
