Mrs Lyndsey Jones

Our Practice Manager Lyndsey Jones joined the practice in 2007.

Lyndsey's responsibilities lay in developing the practice, improving  services and managing overall administration and day to day running of the surgery. Lyndsey has been instrumental in helping the practice transition in regards to its recent changes with AMGP which is now widely used throughout the borough.

Please contact Lyndsey if you have any suggestions or comments the practice can consider to improve our services for you. Patient care is at the heart of what we do and we always welcome your feedback. 

Lyndsey is also the lead CCG Practice Manager for the SWAN PCN which involves the collaboration of practices working together to improve services for the patients in our local area. 


Reception is normally your first point of contact with the practice. Our four part-time reception staff, all of whom are trained to provide you with a friendly, efficient service whilst respecting your confidence, will make your appointment, deal with requests for repeat prescriptions and can provide you with information about our services.

Mrs Jean Hughes

33 years Mrs. Jean Hughes has been with the surgery - joining in 1988.

Jean's experience is shown with her vast knowledge of how the surgery operates. Jean's area of expertise is scanning and coding of clinical letters that come into the practice on a daily basis from consultants, hospitals and community clinics. Jean is also known by most patients in the practice and has seen some of the younger patients grow with us. 

Mrs Denise Wardman

Denise has been with the practice since 1998. In addition to her reception and general administration duties she is trained as a phlebotomist and is also our Health Care Assistant, Denise has a varied role within the practice and assists with minor surgery and contraceptive services along side the GP's and our practice nurse. Denise is known to all our patients and is a valuable and well respected member of the team. 

Mrs Cath Veasey

Cath joined us in 2006 and is an experienced and valuable member of the team. Cath's area of expertise in the practice are medical reports requested by patients and external agencies. As always our reception team are on hand to assist you with any queries you may have. 

Miss Joanne Latham

Joanne joined us in 2009 and is an experienced and valuable member of the team. Joanne's area of expertise in the practice is the registration process which includes the management of medical record transfers between practices. As always our reception team are on hand to assist you with any queries you may have. 

Miss Lucy Duggan


Lucy is currently doing an NVQ Level 3 apprenticeship with the practice in Business Administration. Lucy will learn many aspects of how a practice reception team works and helping with the day to day tasks.
