Our reception team try to provide a friendly welcome, together with an efficient service. They work very hard on the computing and paper work. They have all been specifically trained to take essential details both sympathetically and in complete confidence. They have a difficult job to do, especially in the mornings with telephone calls and enquiries from all directions, so please be a patient patient. They will deal with appointments, queries regarding test results, hospital appointments and transport. Messages for doctors/nurses may be left with any member of the reception staff. It is not always possible to speak to a practitioner in person or on the telephone as they may be with another patient at the time. Please leave a message and a telephone number and where appropriate a practitioner will telephone you, or a time to call back for an answer to a query will be offered. |
