Additional doctors work at the surgery on certain days in addition to the partners.
Provides a minor illness clinic, morning and afternoon on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Provides Practice Nursing Monday and Wednesday and a Minor Illness clinic, morning and afternoon on Thursday and Friday.
The phlebotomist wll take blood tests requested by the doctor or nurse. There are also appointments available for blood tests at Park Drive Clinic, Baldock. Please ask at reception for details.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
Certain staff members have a working knowledge of languages including French, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and Italian.
Responsible for general administration including patient referrals and private medicals.
Karan is our Clinical Pharmacist and is at the surgery on Wednesdays and Thursdays will offer appointments am & pm to help you with any medication queries you may have and review ongoing and new medication. For further information about clinical pharmacists please click here.
Providing care, support and advice in pregnancy and childbirth. The doctors at the surgery do not do home births but are involved with antenatal and postnatal care. If you are considering a home birth, please make an appointment with the doctor to discuss this.
