We recommend that all patients inform us of a nominated pharmacy where you can collect your medication from directly to avoid the need to collect a prescription from the surgery.

Repeat prescriptions are only available for medication that is prescribed for the treatment of chronic long-term medical conditions.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made online (see below) or at the surgery by completing a medication request form or by phoning the prescription line.
