WE ARE NOW ASKING PATIENTS TO ALLOW 4 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS. ALSO IF THEY ARE ORDERED AT THE WEEKEND WE WILL NOT PRINT THESE UNTIL THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

WE WOULD ENCOURAGE AS MANY PATIENTS AS ARE ABLE TO ORDER THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS ON LINE. WE WILL TAKE REQUESTS BY TELEPHONE BETWEEN 2-4PM AT MUNLOCHY SURGERY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REQUEST ON LINE

 PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE THE SURGERY TO ASK STAFF IF YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY FOR COLLECTION. WE WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS OBTAINING ITEMS FROM OUR SUPPLIERS.
