Patient Notice:

Computer System Change:

We will be migrating over to a new computer system on 18th November 2021.

During the weeks commencing 8th and 15th November we will have limited access to Electronic prescriptions and paper prescriptions will be produced for the majority of this period.

Because of this some patients may receive 2 months’ worth of medication in order to see them through this period.

Batch medication (eRD):

Because of the new computer system we cannot have any eRD (batch prescriptions) that run past our new system change date, so you may find your batch prescription only lasting until October/November time.

When you have collected your last prescription on your batch, please inform the Dispensary at the surgery in the usual way (preferably email) so that we can look into this for you.

If you order your medication each month, please continue to do so.

The above email address is only to be used in relation to the ordering of repeat medication. For any other matters, please contact the surgery by telephone as normal.  

Please allow 72 working hours from receipt of your request to collection of a prescription.
