We do not act on any prescription requests over the telephone. There are several ways in which you can order your repeat prescriptions. These are:
- Tick the required items on your counterfoil and leave in the designated prescription boxes in the surgery
- Discuss with your pharmacy who can arrange automatic ordering
- On-line via the above link using your own personal PIN number
- Register for Pharmacy2U (leaflets are available at the surgery for further details on this service)
For all repeat prescription please allow 48 working hours for your prescription to be ready for collection and these can be collected from Reception after 4pm on the day – click here for further information on collections
Please be aware that we are unable to take any orders by telephone.

We have a duty of care to all our patients and, when medication is prescribed, it is important that patients undergo a review. These reviews will be highlighted on your repeat prescription counterfoil and will inform you which clinician you are required to see GP / Pharmacist, Practice Nurse / Healthcare Assistant). Some of these reviews can also be completed by a telephone consultation so there is no need to attend the surgery. If your prescription indicates you require a review, please ensure this is booked as soon as possible.
