Dispensary now only open 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 5.30pm due to staff shortage. Please help us by collecting your medication between these times. We will text when your prescription is ready, please make sure we have a mobile phone number for you. Thank you.

You can now request repeat prescription items online. Please currently allow 5 working days before collection.
If you normally collect your prescriptions from one of the chemists, they will be sent down as usual.
If you normally have your prescriptions dispensed then currently this is only available for collection at either Padstow or St Columb Major Surgery.
Repeat Prescriptions
If you are taking regular medications your doctor will give you a repeat prescription form attached to your original prescription. The receptionist will explain how to use this if your not sure.
Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.

Where To Collect Your Medicines
Due to the rural nature of the practice we are able to dispense medicines for many patients at our surgeries. The doctor or receptionist will tell you if you may collect your medicines at the surgery, or the chemist. There are chemists’ shops in St Columb Major and Padstow.
