Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

Repeat Prescriptions

Please do not order your medication earlier than 10 days before it is due, unless by prior arrangement or special circumstances.

Please allow 3 clear whole working days before collecting your medication. For example, if you submit your request late in the day on a Monday afternoon or evening, it will not be ready early on the Thursday morning. You must wait to collect your medication late in the day on the Thursday.

Alternatively if you have registered for our SystmOnline services, you may request repeat medication electronically with SystmOnline allowing 3 clear whole working days before collection.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow 3 whole working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
