Repeat Prescriptions

There are several ways that you can make a request for a repeat prescription:

1. Telephone the Repeat Prescription Line on 01355 578009 Option 3 and follow instructions.
2. Re-order forms can also be handed to any of our reception staff or can be posted in. If you attach a stamped addressed envelope to your request we will post your prescription to you.
3. Order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration process prior to using the service.
4. Order via your usual pharmacy - you need to arrange this with the pharmacy staff.
